​Records of any changes made during the year regarding registered office, address for service, changes in Directors or shareholders must be updated with the Companies Office when they occur.  We will keep records of your company constitution, director interests, minute book, resolutions and each years annual return. Annual returns must also be filed with the Companies Office.
